| Acute care department | | | | The Hôpital de Smooth Rock Falls Hospital 14 bed acute care unit is equipped with state of the art equipment; thus enabling the registered nurses and registered practical nurses to provide high quality nursing care around the clock. In addition, we are affiliated with the Tele-Health Ontario which provides access to medical specialists using a two-way television and medical peripheral devices.The hospital is also a satellite of the Northeastern Ontario Region Cancer Center, which allows us to provide the members of the community with chemotherapy treatments as prescribed by their respective oncologist without being away from home. | | |
